I am now accepting submissions for January, 2011- March, 2011.

To begin please download the author data and contract forms. Next, fill out the author data form and sign the contract. Please make out a personal check to Dr. John Reizer and mail your check with the signed contract and completed data form to 108 Jonquil Drive, Inman, South Carolina 29349. 

Depending on the service plan you have selected, please strike through, in black ink, the service options you do not wish to purchase on page 2 of the downloaded contract. Please also be sure to initial and date the services you strike through on page 2 of the contract. If you are selecting "Service Plan" number 3 you will not be striking through any content on page 2 of the contract!

Please remember to fill in the total professional fee you have decided on in the space provided on page 2 of the downloaded contract.

In addition, please send me a copy of your manuscript on a compact disc (Microsoft Word Document) or email the manuscript as an attachment file on a Microsoft Word Document. All emails should be sent to contactme@bringyourbooktolife.com.

Please note: If your manuscript is not in a Microsoft Word Document you must put it into this format before submitting the project. If your manuscript needs to be typed into a Microsoft Word Document, I can perform this service.
